I appreciate the effort but:
1) Some of the videos are very low quality. The 8 minute workout is such low quality that it‘s almost useless. 2) Every MPG in there that I‘ve looked at has annoying horizontal lines when there‘s motion. Still usable, but annoying. 3) Why encode them as MPGs? Some people can watch AVIs on their DVD players (if the DVD player plays DivX, which many new DVD players can do), but MPGs aren‘t played by any DVD players as far as I know. This is the kind of thing that you watch on a TV, not a computer. 4) The Advanced Tae Bo video (it‘s actually Ultimate Tae Bo) has an error, it freezes at a certain point and I noticed another problem where part of the video seems to have been cut out (they go from doing one motion to doing a different motion). I haven‘t downloaded the actual DVD that‘s in here, hopefully that is good quality and problem free. I‘ll come back to comment again if that‘s not the case. |

I agree with Kalikario, the DVD is excellent. It‘s a bit more advanced than I can do yet (and that‘s obviously not the DVD‘s fault), but it‘s an awesome DVD that I will definitely be using when I‘m in a bit better shape. =) |
