This didn‘t work for me. Once I replace original exe with the crack the application fails to start. Without the crack it launches fine. Vista 64 |

i‘m on Windows XP Home Edition with Sp3 n this file works WONDERFUL! if ur on Vista, i dunno what to tell u, coz vista ain‘t ready yet for much o anythin...i downloaded this torrent n fixed it up just like the instructions said n it works great on my system. i can say that this converter works MUUUUCH better than the version 4.x ones. it IS virus-free so rock on! |

hd more enclosed than last virsion works good for converting mp4 for ipod mobile phone like 3g or blackberry also good vcd short tv series or an episode or one off show can put on cd rather than waste dvd on 30min thing or wait till a few to go on dvd put 1 on cd |

I get a box that pops up that says file error. i normally have problems with this sort of thing but i just downloaded it an it works great i just opened explorer local disc programme files then found the avs file deleted the file that is in there that looks like the 1 in the crack folder then put the 1 out ov the crack folder in ther an it worked straight away i know i dont explain things very well but the best i can do at this hour 4a.m. very tired but thanks to the uploader and the comments for the help keep up the good work |

How do I get this program to work? Ive downloaded it and tried to copy the crack and past it onto the avs file and it doesnt bring up any overwrite anything. It tries to reinstall the program. Works well.
For those struggling. Install the program. Go to program files. Open AVS4YOU folder. Open the AVS Video converter6 folder. Look for the icon with a big 6 on it. Delete it. Open the crack folder that you downloaded with program. Note the icon with the big 6. Copy this icon. In program files Paste the icon into the AVS Video Converter6 folder. Hope this helps. Mine never asked for an overwrite but the program runs fine if crack hasn‘t worked you will note the that program states its un-registered in top left of box and you get a message when you push convert. |

In program files Paste the icon into the AVS Video Converter6 folder. thats what i done it worked for me..i have xp if you are using vista all i have to say is....why???nothing works on vista..GET XP NOW!!!!! also if you can`t for some reason find your program files just.. 1.press start 2.go to search. 3.search all files and folders 4.type in program files 5.click on program files C" when it pops on on the list.. |

OK this for all the vista users who cant get this to work or who install the crack and it gives u a read only error when u r choosing the output file firstly:
Install the program. Go to program files. Open AVS4YOU folder. Open the AVS Video converter6 folder. Look for the icon with a big 6 on it. Delete it. Open the crack folder that you downloaded with program. Note the icon with the big 6. Copy this icon. In program files Paste the icon into the AVS Video Converter6 folder. OK now open up program file then open AVSVideoConverter6 folder open AVSVideoConverter icon (this should be the crack icon u replaced the original one with) now right click the icon and run as administrator choose ur output file(the file u r going to send the conversion to when it is finished) Under the outputname there is Profile: click the arrow and choose which format DVD PAL or DVD NTSC u want to use now just click convert and it should work! worked 4 me so hope this helps! |

Just follow the supplied readme file setting up is easy just converted avi movie no problem shrank to fit disk, however think I prefer XtoDVD as it will insert chapters at set intervals where as this has to be done using a timeline also it has no option to automatically delete the output folder after burning. However it‘s free i‘m not complaining. |

Update- I‘ll take that back you can insert chapters automatically however still can‘t find a way to delete output folder automatically after burning not a big deal though as you can do it manually,just find it hard to believe it has not got this facility, if anyone finds a way please let me know. |
