Very Usefull Software - Works alot better then the old ‘Partition Magic‘ for me anyways...
There is a trojan in this file but if you have antivirus software its not an issue. I have been using computers pretty much all my life. One thing I know about computers is that not everyone is going to jump on the opportunity to help you. You can do the research yourself and figure it out. This does work.. People who de-bunk a program simply because it requires another program to open it such as WinRar and WinISO need to GTFO out of this community and possibly goto school to learn how to use a mouse and keyboard, and goto a Séance to expand your mind as far as creativity goes. If you dont know how to open a file use this to search for the file extension http://filext.com/ If you can‘t see file extensions its in folder options put a checkbox beside "Show file extensions for known file types" also put a checkbox beside "Show hidden Files" Theres no such thing as a ‘Hacker‘ theres only people who know what their doing and don‘t know what they‘re doing. Modifying a registry, creating or using a program to suit your needs or bypassing operations to achive an objective decompiliing a program and recompiling it is not ‘Hacking‘ its programming and understanding. If someone ever says ‘I‘m a hacker‘ its probably a little kid who has a program that they learned how to use created by someone else. Having problems Viewing, Encoding, Converting Video files? Visit www.videohelp.com YOU DONT - Need special programs to open video files, you just need something like Winamp, WinDVD or Windows Media Player and the proper codec. These programs read from Codec Libraries stored on your computer to decode the Audio/Video from a movie file, theres no need to download a special player to view any video files. Ever. You just need the codec and 1 player. Generally K-Lite Codec pack covers almost anything you‘d ever need as far as codecs go. |

I have just returned here after a couple of days battling with the backdoor virus that the setup program installs. I gave up in the end, wiped my hard drive and reinstalled XP Pro. After I restored all my apps, I used DriveImageXML to back up my Cdrive and reinstalled this load of trouble, just to prove things. Back came the win888 nonsense and Zone Alarm went nuts after my next reboot. As soon as ZA disposed of one incarnation of the backdoor virus, back came another with a slightly different name. Backdoor is a thoroughly nasty and very dangerous piece of work.
Fortunately, as I had planned, DriveImageXML restored my clean installation within minutes and it‘s reassuring to know that I can do that as often as I like in future, without having to worry too much about evil stuff like this torrent. I suggest that fellow torrenteers do the same thing. DriveImageXML is a freebie and you can use BartPE (another freebie) to boot your system into Windows Live so that you can use DIXML to backup/restore your windows partition. |
