i would never post a comment on a torrent, unless i was absolutly stumped. How in the hell do u get this thing to install, for the life of i cant do it. I use UIFtoISO mounted it with daemon tools, ever time install that way it says "Insert Adobe After Effects" i tryed burning it to a disc and still i get the same. ANY HELP WOULD BE APRETIATED |

Ok this image is either B.S. or just corrupt.. I go with just B.S. its no good so dont waste your time and bandwidth on this. Seems like other people who had problem loading it arent alone here. It will not mount UIF image fails to verify therefore will not MOUNT. following error occurs ( disk structure is corrupted and unreadable ) |

Ok so i got this one working :D
here is the instructions: 1)First open up "Adobe After Effects CS3 Professional 2008 PC + Crack.uif" with MagicIso http://www.magiciso.com/download.htm 2) Make a folder on your desktop called "Adobe After Effects" or anything like that. 3) in the right of the MagicIso window all the files inside the UIF file is listed... select them all and drag them into the newly created folder on your desktop... 4)From inside the new folder open Setup.exe then u should be able to install it :) 5) in the new folder there should be another folder called "Crack"... find the file "AfterFX.dll" inside it.. 6) next browse to your Adobe After Effects directory (default: "C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe After Effects CS3") and open the folder "Support Files"... 7)drag the "AfterFx.dll" from inside the Crack folder to the "Support Files" folder and replace it (u should make a backup of the AfterFx.dll inside the Support Files folder in case that anything goes wrong) 8) start up After Effects and VOILA! XD.. hope this helps! |

i have a problem when i follow chrysler94‘s guide i get to the setup.exe part and click it and it comes up "the software cannot be installed because JScript is not properly registered. please repair Jscript and then restart the installer" please help what do I do? |

if had the adobe after effects but then after a while it started givin me a proble every time i load adobe after effects and try to put a video it freezes and i have to restart my pc i tried to re-install it again but it gives at the start we cant take process if the internet explorer is not closed, i dont have the internet explorer open or any window open i dont know why it saids that i‘ve tried to remove it but it wont let me cause i have the internet explore open can any of u guys help me i have no idea whats goin on with the software or wat should i do an i got videocopilot softwares and adobe dont work need help thank u........ :( |

FOR THOSE WHOSE "AFTER EFFECTS" KEEPS CRASHING WHEN YOU TRY TO LAUNCH IT AFTER INSTALLATION...TRY THIS!!!!
After installing I have downloaded and installed this torrent on 5 separate occasions over the last several months. A part of me thought the file was BS, but it had so many good comments, I would try it again. FOR THE RECORD....THIS IS A LEGIT FILE! (BIGGUPS TO THE UPLOADER). When I would launch AE, it would crash after a few seconds (even before the splash screen would come up). After troubleshooting for the last couple of days, the problem appeared to be with my version of QuickTime. I tried to launch QT (standalone) and that would crash also. I spent the last couple of days troubleshooting and discovered it conflicted with a few codec packs I had on my machine. Once I uninstalled the codecs, uninstalled and reinstalled QuickTime (testing to make sure QT would launch on its own successfully), I was able to launch After Effects. Long story short... Try to launch QT by itself. If it crashes: 1)Remove any codec packs (ACE, KAZAA, any variations of QT - QT LITE, etc) that may conflict with QT. 2) Uninstall QT using Add/Remove Programs. Also check out http://cnx.com/?p=417 for more of a manual uninstall. 3) Download and reinstall the STANDALONE version of QT from Apple (not the one bundled with ITunes..link to download is included on the page of the URL above). 4) Reboot after fresh installation of QT. Try to open QT. If it launches successfully, you should not have any more problems opening After Effects. Hope this helps. Sorry if I was being long-winded. Just saying everyone else a week‘s work of "WTF!?!?!?!?!?" |

TO ADD TO MY PREVIOUS COMMENT:
Some video converting progs (WinAvi, etc) may also conflict with QT. I would suggest uninstalling ANY and ALL codec packs and/or video converters. And to clarify my last sentence: Just trying to save everyone else from a week‘s worth of "WTFs?!?!?!?!??!" :-) |

1) Important: extract the image to a folder, location and folder name are irrelevant (a folder on the desktop will do just fine) 2) Continue intallation This is just for the people who have trouble with the insert pop-up. Have fun. |

Solution to the "insert disc" problem:
At first, i turned to uif file into an iso file. then using Daemon i burned it onto a cd, and then on the cd i could see all the installation files. but when i clicked on the setup, after a few screens i got this "insert disc" messege. i saw a comment here saying to extract the image file to a folder, so i figured instead of burning onto a cd u should somehow extract the files into a plain folder, not a cd. i have no idea how to do this, so what i did is just copy the contents of the cd to a desktop folder, then i took the cd out of the computer, and ran the setup file from the desktop folder. surprisingly, it worked. |
