I works for me. to open .uif file use Magic ISO. Extract the files and install. Use key gen to make new serial. |

have you tried useing nero vision,,?? because you will find an activation failure notice,,it works ok for nero burning rom only ,,in my experience.. |

After you have d/loaded-disconnect from the net.Next activate the keygen to stop it being the demo version then go into your firewall settings and BLOCK all nero exe files from connecting to the net-this way it wont be able to search for your serial amongst the registered ones. |

get activation failure with vision and showtime, burning audio works ok
is there a way to get around activation failure...tried with no internet connection, but program requires it, no choice to manually activate. |

Here‘s wot u do-After d/loading disconnect from the net-next use keygen to upgrade from the demo version,then reboot PC,go into your firewall settings and BLOCK all Nero exe files connecting to the net-this way Nero cant search for your serial amongst the registered ones. |

i have had a couple of versions of nero and they have been perfect but the one I have downloaded from her has stopped working. when using nero vision it allows me to click the ‘add files‘ button then i choose the file i want to add. It doesnt add the file and just exits completely from the program, can anyone help. I have tried removing the program and re-installing but the same sh*t happens. |

Um...There isnt a fully cracked version of Nero 8 available yet! All these versions "phone home" to compare the keygenned serials to the real ones, then make nero pop up a unregistered nag message box when you use certain nero features. The ONLY work around is to set up your firewall to block nero which can be a PITA. Wait for a version which contains the keygen AND a patch to disable the phone home feature. Your welcome. |

Instructions:
During the installation, Nero gives you the option to enter the serial number. DO NOT enter the serial from the keygen right now. Leave the default one the installer gives you . After installation finishes, open Nero and close it. Now delete the file C:Program FilesCommon filesNeroSharedNL3NeroPatentActivation.exe , or even better block its acces to internet with a firewall. Now go to Neros start menu entry and enter the product setup. Here you can remove the trial serial and enter a new one. Now is when you have to put the serial from the keygen, and remember also to deactivate the automatic updates in this window. jiltedjon0 You rock dude. Its all in that file you mentioned. Delete it and bye bye nags. This method of his also works on the full DVD released by "Proper" full boxed version. Get that version to get the extra goodies like skins and no reference to demo version anywhere. Have to use a keygenned number to install it though. Although I already bought an earlier version of this proggy I cant see buying another version just for some GUI changes. If you like this program, buy it. Good software deserves our support for them to keep making it.

UPDATE-There are NO VERSIONS OF NERO 8 AVAILABLE THAT ISN‘T NAGWARE!!!! They all phone home and eventually pop a nag when you use showtime or other features.
No file renaming or blocking with a firewall will help. Believe me, the longest it will go nag free is one month or so. Use Nero 7 until a crack group releases a cracked exe file. You‘re welcome. |
