This is the second ArcSoft showbiz dvd torrent that I have downloaded and still it does NOT work. Can‘t install it. 5 of the same zip files...Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Please Thank you. |

Installs clean and runs, but on Vista, have lost the DVD drive after installation. Tried twice, and lost DVD both times. Have not tried on XP.
Don‘t know if virus or OS problem. |
