I find it interesting that so many people say this is fake without looking into the fact of the matter. This straight-to-DVD animated film has been advertised for months, and is the newest in the line of animated films coming out from the DCU. The first was Superman: Doomsday, followed by Justice League: The New Frontier, and upcoming is Wonder Woman.
And as far as anime goes, this was not "made in Japan" though a couple of the shorts were directed by Japanese directors. This was distributed by Warner and DC Comics. It‘s an animated film. |

the story is shit, dialogue extremely weak... and batman looks like a keg with skinny legs. The quality of the vid is good though 10/10, unfortunately it aint enough to compensate for the really bad "acting" and story line. |

Its real- its the anime and YES its an anime because of the animantion was made by the japanese and thats what they were going for when DC approched several of the artists and animators. those that say otherwise cant tell the difference. look at the credits of who were the artists directors. who cares whoever distributed the product really? it doesnt have to neccesarily be "made in Japan" because anything made on computer can be easily tranferred to another computer. this is worth checking out. and im not just contradicting to what Hypoxic said- its just im getting the facts straight for other who even care what we‘re writing. |

This isn‘t fake it‘s gotham knight not dark night the new movie coming out. Someone mentioned the anamatrix and while not done by the same people its the same concept. Its 6 short stories done by different writers and anime. Its supposed to close the gap between the last batman movie and the new one Dark Knight |
