ever heard of data compression fucktard? Most games don‘t fill up an entire 7.5gigs of a DVD (dual layer) disc. Most barely fill a 700mb CD, unless it‘s full of video cut scenes than players skip over. btfunkee "Torrent terms" have nothing to do with the concept of "full" and "ripped" which are "WAREZ" terms, you dumbfuck! I assume this is a full "rip" of a DVD meaning nothing was removed, which would otherwise give you a smaller archive file to download. samtomjohn try opening it with any decent archival software like WinRAR. That should be able to extract a .7z file since I think that‘s just a form of .gz Might also wanna read the "READ_ME.txt" file too, duh. |

I‘ve updated my DirectX and my video drivers ATI Radeon X300. 3.4 G proc and 1 G memory. After the plane crashes and I surface I get little squares on the screen that are just smaller images of the main screen. Also, I finally found the lighthouse. It is completely black. It seems like maybe a hardware issue but I wonder if one of the files go corrupted during the download. Any ideas? |

OK here‘s what I have done, I installed and when it gave me the SecuRom error thing I went and renamed the 2k games folder, then I put the two crack files in, the paul.dll and the bioshock.exe, also put in the d3dx9_33.dll and the xinput1_3.dll and also ran the reg edit code... So, it worked! Great, but now its asking for a serial to activate it. How have people got past this? |

A lot of these cracked files scan as Trojans and virus etc. because thats essentially what they are its just that they act only on specific files. I remember running virus scan with a new anti-virus program and I had to reinstall a shit-ton of my hacked software(including fl studio which I use daily!)...the ignore button should not be ignored! So yeah all these posts that you see that say don‘t download it THIS is a virus can usually be ignored as well! Anyway Downloading this now, let you know if it worked for me...If you have questions about system requirements check out www.systemrequirementslab.com they run a test on your pc...I do this before I download( uh I mean buy....heh) any pc game. |

Works excellent...this isn‘t so much a rip as someones installed files rared up and submitted for download. So yeah bioshock itself doesnt need to be installed so much as simply placed, then the other small files installed, run the reg edit, then locate the bioshock exe in bioshock/builds/release, click and play.... Absolutley killer game...Also I‘ve got a friend who is a total Ann Rayndriod so this game was also pretty funny...If your not familiar with objectivism do yourself a favor and look into it briefly it will make this already brilliant game all the more enjoyable...I haven‘t laughed so hard sense the Hubologists from fallout! |

Installed and played fine on my XP machine without doing anything the README said. I should mention that I had installed the official demo previously, that may have helped.
My roommate had to install DirectX 9.0c before it would run on his Vista box. It‘s playable on my Geforce 6600, with a good framerate at 640x480, noticeably choppy at 800x600, and pretty bad above. |

I‘ve no trouble believing that for some people this torrent works fine, but for whatever reason it isn‘t working for me. Specifically, the issue is with the SecuROM copy protection actually (mirabile dictu) keeping an illegal copy from running (I‘d previously installed the demo, so I know that the game can run on my machine). In short, flawlessly, my ass. If you, dear reader, actually feel like spending the time downloading this (painfully slow) torrent, do keep in mind that it may or may not work. |

This works perfectly IF you FOLLOW THE README that comes with it. I followed it exactly, except for installing directx 9c which i skipped because I run directx 10. The game loads fine, plays fine, has ABSOLUTELY no problems whatsoever. As for the retards above that can‘t figure out how to install...either they are too dumb to read the readme or their computer flat out cannot handle the game. Either way the game works and this download is completely worth it if you want this game. |

This is real. But i couldn‘t play it even though i had the minimum system requirements. The game lags when i try to play it even on a low resolution. So if you download this make sure you have the recommended system requirements and not minimum. The only thing im missing in the recommended requirements is the video card memory. 512 MB is needed with your video card. and i have 256 MB. |

Ha! systemrequirementslab failed to determine what my comp‘s specs were, even though I already knew I couldn‘t run the game. Anyway, as a bit of advice, with as many good reports and comments saying it worked, best way to find out is to just download it. |

ROFLMAO, some people trying to dl this game with only a X300 ATI grafix card is like trying to put a coldair intake on a hotwheel, this game was ment for a good card with DX10 though you can play on DX9 - I used a X300 ATI card 4 yrs ago and it had trouble playing Diablo2. |

I had weird problems extracting the 7z file. First with 7zip then with WinZip. After turning off my anti-vir protection and trying extracting it to the same drive the 7z was on, it finally worked. So there was either a problem with cross-drive extraction, or my anti-vir trying to scan the files while it was extracting. |

So simple...! You just extract it, do a couple of installations, add a registry and play! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too easyyyyyyyyyyy! Just follow the instructions in the #READ ME# folder! The game works perfectly and it‘s a good one too!

God I hate trying to install bioshock! I had an old comp with p4 @ 3.2ghz 1gb 667mhz ddr2, and geforce 6600 video card. I recently junked it and built a new machine. Intel I7 processor @ 2.8ghz, 4gb ddr3 @ 1066mhz, and geforce 9600 gt running good ol windows xp. My problem is different. I try to extract the files, but winrar says they‘re corrupt. Too bad. I guess I‘ll have to redownload. I have to say typically skullptura games are great, but this one... not so hot. By the way for those people who ask about whether the game will run on their machine or not... Have you heard of looking up the game‘s system requirements? It‘s not rocket science. For this game it‘s pretty much P4 @ 2.4ghz, Or amd @ 2.4ghz. 1gb of ram (400mhz or above) For nvidia graphics, a geforce 6600 or higher. For ati cards it‘s a little more complex. Radeon x1300 and up. If you have a radeon hd series card it will work no problem. |

If anyone have problems with no audio inside the game, but outside (menu) is ok, and is using Windows Vista or Windows 7, just change the shortcut to use compatibility for Windows XP. |

great game, plays like a dream. After extracting with 7-zip, i moved the whole bioshock folder to the drive that i wanted to install it to, then i did what the READ ME file said to do and it played flawlessly. |

If anyone‘s wondering why this is so small it‘s because the languages other than English have been removed, i think this is a fake torrent, i ran the .exe file once to see that it worked and it seemed to work fine, but when i went to do other stuff on the comp i constantly had apps not responding and when i went on msn all these literally gay comments kept on appearing in my convos when i hadn‘t even typed them, DON‘T TRUST THIS TORRENT! it‘s not the first skullptura torrent that i‘ve seen that has a probable virus in it! Zone Alarm didn‘t detect anything but i still don‘t trust this torrent. |
