This is the real game, the exe file extracts itself out when you run it.
After installation, you may have trouble running it on vista, but you just have to set all the application files (exe files) to windows 98 compatibility (properties; compatibility; compatibility mode - windows 98/ME) and also set them to run as administrator (properties; compatibility; privelege level). After doing that I was able to run it by opening the ‘RA2-Tm-Myth.exe‘ and clicking start. I have noted though that some of the audio is missing, can‘t confirm about all the cutscenes (although the opening cutscene worked fine). |

Did the people claiming this is fake actually try it!? I downloaded it and got it working right away. Congratulations on working out that this copy is not the same size as the one on the actual disc, I never got that movie of the soviet invasion the first time i played but so what, id rather just have the game! |

Didnt work for me, i tried to run everything i could find, there is lots of setups regs and such, and it didnt work. I also tried not running any setup after extracting like some of you said, and still nothing... Best i could do is to get error after presing RA2.exe... Why is there so much of different setup files, when you said you dont have to run them? |

great game thanks. im am a total noob at this so i took me a few hours to get the game going. turns out there is a little smile face icon that you press and a menu pops up then you press start.
now i just need to get the movies to play now. i know where they arer i just dont know how to make them play. |
