that cloned dvd.. has been distributed through rapidshare, megaupload, and other links. i tried to download it through megashares.. but it didnt work.. it stopped downloading in the middle of the download.
i think that it works.. since it is widely distributed... google the game by putting the games name and link name (e.g rapidshare) you will see that the set of files is the same... in 2 days i will finish downloading this and i will know if it has a virus |

Does anyone know wether we can enter the key they give us (they do give one)? Because once you‘ve installed the game, it asks you to create a relic online account and enter the key, but it warns you that "if you enter a wrong key your account will be banned". So I‘m worried something bad will happen if I input the key they gave us. Has anyone tried entering THAT key or is there another solution? |

tricky.. cant you play single compaign.. if it forces you to create account and you cant play single player.. wait for a crack.
for games like bioshock, it also uses similar system where you have to enter a password.. but a crack was found .. for this version it will be the same |

problem solved! do like this:
-install the game -immediately apply the 2101 official patch -(find and) apply the 2101 version cracked exe and rs.dll -copy again the rs.dll, but rename it into rspa.dll and copy this into the rspa folder in the game dir. -enjoy the game! (no need to load any image in DT or use yasu whatsoever) |

I used the Fairlight crack from http://megagames.com/cracks/html/c921170_0.htm I scanned it with both ClamWin AV and Kasperky online scanner, and neither found any virus. Further, the Fairlight crack only comes with a rs.dll file ... no rspa.dll so I think you did not download a legit crack. and for all, yes, you must do the in game update first, before you apply the Fairlight crack..... |

go to www.gamecopyworld.com and get the cracked NO-DVD exe file for both this version and the upgrade (if u choose to upgrade it). Works fine. If you‘re using the available trainers, u got to upgrade since its only for the new patch. Otherwise your game will crash. Good working image. |

I have scanned it with both Kasperky Online Scanner and ClamWin AV 0.91.2 with definitions updated as of Oct 23, 2007 and neither of them finds any virus.... I also tried downloading the Fairlight crack from Gamecopyworld.com (specifically the file named fdx-211.rar and it is also flagged by Avast as well (which canceled my download). The Virus being detected is called "Win32:Virut" |

Ok, I went and re-scanned my Fairlight V2.101 patch with both ClamWin AV and Kaspersky Online Scanner and with definitions as of Oct 26 neither found anything. Also, I went and re-downloaded the Fairlight V2.101 patch from http://megagames.com/cracks/html/c921170_0.htm again and scanned it also, and nothing was found. I then went to gamecopyworld to the Opposing fronts patch page, and I could not find any patch with "fdx-211.rar" the latest patch on both megagames and gamecopyworld is v 2.102 So I‘m not sure where you are getting your patches from.... but if you go to the link I just gave for megagames or just search it out on megagames and download either the Fairlight V2.101 or Netshow.All version one neither have virus‘s according to ClamWIN and Kaspersky... |

Ok, I went and downloaded Avast v4.7.1043 and updated the virus definitions as of Oct 26 on my second computer. Went and re-downloaded the Fairlight patch from the megagames link from above and scanned in Avast... it found nothing ..."Number of infected files: 0" I used the manual scanner in Avast where you select the specific folder ... I didnt have the resident protection turned on to auto detect stuff I downloaded. Only thing I can think of is 1) do you have the latest version of Avast, 4.7.1043 2) are you virus definitions up to date or 3) if 1 and 2 are good, then maybe the real time resident protection has some kind of glitch and gives a false positive on that file for some reason .... what is kinda itchin at my mind is that the fairlight patch I have from that link does not have any file named fdx-211.rar .... unless that was from a diff patch you had. These are files listed in the Fairlight patch: rs (folder) rs.dll fltdox.nfo RelicCOH.exe So, now Avast 4.7.1043 and Kaspersky Online Scanner and ClamWin AV register it as clean .... I‘m not sure what to say :-) |

hey I got the game working without the 2.101 patch the no cd is available on www.gamecopyworld.com but i am facing a problem that the third campaign is still locked and if clicked it asks for some cd key (The one given above is not working as i already used it in the beginning of the installation.
Will this be removed if i will apply the 2.101 patch also which version is this do i have to upgrade it from 2.100 to to 2.101 if not can u please give me a direct link to a patch that directly converts it to 2.101 Thank you for your support |

Do not install "Company of Heroes" before installing the "Opposing Fronts" expansion. "Opposing Fronts" has "Company of Heroes" built in. However, you still have to download "Company.of.Heroes-LOADiNG", as you will need it, to install both games.
If you already have "Company of Heroes" installed. Backup any saved games and uninstall it - including removing any "CoH" or "OF" folders in "My Documents" (doing so is the only way to make sure the patches to be installed, will see your installation as valid). Download "Company_of_Heroes_Opposing_Fronts-FLT" (if you have not already done so). Extract its rar archives (with a extraction software such as "WinRAR") and mount the extracted "flt-chof.iso" (with an emulation software such as "DAEMON Tools"). Install "Opposing Fronts" using one of the two serials given at the buttom in the "flt-chof.nfo" file (when opened with an NFO reader such as "DAMN NFO Viewer"), provided in the "Company_of_Heroes_Opposing_Fronts-FLT" release. Also make sure to uncheck the default checked option on the installer, causing the game to run directly after installation. Go to "http://www.cohpatch.com/help.html" and install all the patches provided next to "Opposing Fronts 2.1" - being the version you are provided after a fresh install of "Opposing Fronts". Doing so is the fastest way to patch the game, but it still may take some time... Head over to the directory where you installed "Opposing Fronts", and under "validatorsrs", backup the file rs.dll (if you want to be able to install future patches) and replace it with the rs.dll provided in the folder "Fairlightrs" on the disc you mounted from the "Company_of_Heroes_Opposing_Fronts-FLT" release. Now here comes the tricky part. Find a crack that matches the latest patch you downloaded (if the latest patch is new, you might have to wait a few days for a crack to be released). The only hint I can provide, is "GCW". Now when you‘ve found one (using my hint or not), you should have a "RelicCOH.exe" file that fits the latest patch available. Again, head over to the directory where you installed "Opposing Fronts" and backup the file "RelicCOH.exe" (again - incase you later on want to be able to install new patches). When you have done so, you can replace it with the crack you found. Download "Company.of.Heroes-LOADiNG" (if you did not take my advice earlier on). Extract its rar archives, and mount the extracted "DISK1.iso". Launch the game (execute "RelicCOH.exe"). You might receive a dialog saying "please insert disc" during various parts of the game. But in any case, the dialog will be just as pleased by you pressing the "Continue" button. When in game selection menu, click on any locked "Campaign" and enter the serial given in the "ld-coh.nfo" file, provided in the "Company.of.Heroes-LOADiNG" release. When asked where the purchase was made, select "Retail Store". -You should now have both games fully patched. Enjoy! |
