I‘m not entirely sure that this is a DVD-Rip as the description states. Most of the movie is slightly fuzzy, much like you see when watching a cam.
If it is indeed an actual rip, the conversion/burn settings may of been adjusted, possibly to quicken the converting process, taking away from the overall audio/video quality of the movie. Eh - still definitely watchable either way - Video 7; Audio 8. Ill Fate |

Video 8 | Audio 8, and it‘s not so great as Crank 1. But to see spark off on jumper cables is worth every minute. |
