for people who are having problems with it running slow all you have to do is: when the main menu comes up at the start of the game select settings and change the resolution to lower (i recomend VGA 640*480) Colourwolf when you set up the game it automatically makes a folder in "my documents" called CAPCOM this is where all the save information is stored |

I don‘t know how many of you are using Vista, but if you pay attention to your performance tab in task manager or any resource monitor for that matter there are several torrents all over btjunkie that make your ram steadily increase for some reason, and this torrent is one of them.Now i‘m not saying that there is something wrong with this torrent, but this is a little suspicious considering that most torrents don‘t do this. Sorry, your right i should have been more clear. What i was saying is that there are several torrents including this one, all over btjunkie that when your "downloading" them, they make your ram usage steadily increase for some reason and this to me is a little suspicious. Take this torrent for example starting this torrent i was using 948mb of my 4gb of ram and by the time it was finished, i was using 2.21gb of ram. Again I just want to say yes the game was fine and passed three different virus scans (CA,Norton,AVG) but downloading from btjunkie is becoming a mine field. Thats all i‘m saying. Sorry for so many posts but like i said just a heads up to all my pirate friends. |

Works 100%, just open the .bat file and follow instructions! Windows vista users, disable User Account Control (UAC)(=start, configuration, user acounts)

I have this problem. I place the game in a short path, and I ensure that I DO have free space, plus Ive got 2gb ram, and I leave the computer with no progs working on it except setup.bat. After a while I come and find it telling me setup failed, delete the folder and extract the archive all over again. Ive XP SP2. Whats the stupid problem?? Can anyone please help? I really wanna play this game |

Hey "throwzifninga", it worked for me. I think the first time I tried, my problem was i didnt have enough disk space, and the second time, i didnt have enough ram. The third time though, i started the extraction in a disk which iam sure has free space, and left the computer without touching it, and disabling screen saver, which takes a lot of ram if started during extraction. So try either to disable screensaver or turn it on with a long waiting period like an hour or so.

hey hawk2007, i did what u said but there is still a problem with my DMC, after i extracted the XINPUT1_3.dll, and tried to run the DMC, this one came out, "The procedure entry point D3DPERF_GetStatus could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll" i don‘t know how to fix this one, since i can‘t find related problem to this.. anyone can help me??.. it took me a long time just to install it, then there are so many problems.. plsssss help! |

Ok, game‘s working great and all, 75fps on high DX9 graphics...only problem being that I have very litle sound (music and a few small layers of sound do show up, but primary voice and some SFX missing). I‘ve noticed this problem with other rips that are suppose to work well, so I‘m assuming that it‘s a problem with my comp. Anyone know if this is a common problem and how to correct it, or is my system just strange? My system is: 3.4 GHz P4, GeForce 8600 GTS, 2 GB RAM, plenty of HD, SB Audigy Creative sound device (onboard Realtek doesn‘t work...software problems). |

Installation OK. Some outside scenarios are messed up, probably due to my video card. Runs smooth, but strangely slow, had to low the screen resolution. PS: THE COMMANDS SUCKS! DIRECTLY PORTED FROM XBOX! They should make use of the superior gameplay the mouse offers. |

this game is freakin for nerds n terds. What kinda assnapkin likes this shyt? it‘s about as much fun as a sack of marbles.Farcry 1 or 2 is much better so is unreal tournament. This game is for the kids. beat it on highest settings and it was way to easy no fun and a waste of space. I only played cause i thought it would get better but it doesnt......Two thumbs down on creativity, fun.when i was finished I considered suicide cause i forced myself to play such an awful game |

Hello im a new pc gamer and ive always wanted to play devil may cry 4 i downloaded it and installed and when i run it gives me option Directx9 or Directx10 and i tried both of them and this wat comes out wrong disc inserted please insert the original "KPC Devil May Cry 4" CD/DVD PLease have a look at www.securom.com blah blah and then i tried to explore and there is crack file and when i open it the to decision either Directx9 or Directx10 and i tried both of them the it appears as if the game is gonna start and the page just goes and it stays black and i downloaded DMC 3 and the same thing with the whole original cddvd thing and i hav a brand new asus gaming laptop with intel centrino 2 and 1gb nvidia graphic card and i exceed the requirements and i cant play it please help me im crazy to play in my laptop please help!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

yet another EXELLENT!! upload from skullptura. those of you whoi ask how to setup up.... create a folder and extract using winrar or somthing simalar to that folder double click setup.bat in that folder and follow on screen instructions. It might take a while to setup depending on your system but think of the time you saved on the download. Thanks skullptura your a genius keep up the good work |
