checked the fallout website...works just fine with xp or vista...system needs to be high spec - 2gb RAM i got nvidea 8600 GT graphics which is on the list...also dual core 2.4 recommended.

@jamesniss: You don‘t extract anything. Or maybe just the crack if there‘s one included. (Haven‘t downloaded it yet so i wouldn‘t know.)
When it comes to *.iso you just MOUNT the file using Daemon Tools utility or Alcohol 120%. It will most certainly initiate the installation automatically. Good luck! |

i fixed it by shutting down programs and restarting my computer seems like just needed to release some memory and programs didnt release it. so if you have the same problem just restart your computer. BUT now i get a error message saying no sound device detected fallout 3 cannout run ughhh ill let you know when i fix it and how. |

alright haha when i was in my angry rage of closing programs i guess i ended svchost.exe which is more than one thing there all different. They represent the startup services. i closed my audio startup service haha thats why it said no sound..
but if this happens to you or if you have the same error in general do the following. 1.go to run and enter services.msc and press enter 2.should see a list of things scroll down to Windows audio 3.make sure its on automatic on startup type. 4.click stop and then start it up. 5.it should work now if it doesnt make sure your sound card is back on you settings in control panel. |

Installs perfectly, I even burned the image to DVD. Game crashes an incredible amount however. Also a bit repetative and very hard.
Download is perfect 10 in that it works no problem with no unzipping and no copying files. I would give the game an 8 out of 10 but due to incessant crashes I‘m lowering that to a 5 out of 10. |

y‘all can use WinRar to openverify the ISO file is not corrupt, then use MagicDisc (freeware) to mount the ISO file as a virtual-CD-drive. of course a btjunkie copy of any ISO program like UltraISO will open/mount the file too.

It seems that these problems are caused by the computers themselves. There is no way that more than 3 quarters of these people are lying. I have an asus laptop, 4 gb ram 2.1 ghz processor vista 64 bit. someone else who had 64bit had the same problem as me. installs easy enough then after opening it, windows freaks out and closes it. even with the update. So I believe this is a clean working torrent.... it just has to be only for 32 bit or something. Bc it works for a lot of people, and then doesn‘t work for many people. Either way mine does not work...on this computer that is.... |

installing and all that worked fine for me... but it`s when i play the game,
there pops up a window telling me that fallout has a problem an needs to me shut down... but great game anyway :D thnx to uploader. |

Careful- after downloading this torrent I got a letter from the publisher- to my isp about this download. They are checking these trackers, other then that the game installs and plays great with no problems, other then the shortcut not showing up, and having to launch the game from the disc. |

Works great thanks. This game doesn‘t need a crack because the developers didn‘t bother try put protection it, because they know that the game will be cracked anyways!

Could not install on my system. Installer would hang trying to install Games for windows live. I thought it was because I disabled .NET, but enabled tried again still no happy ending. Possible corrupt d/l. Will try once more then I go somewhere else |

ok when i install this it works but when i try playing it it tells me to go web page and download updates when i do this and run them it gets to the end then pops up with an error
The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll could somone please help me out |

@darkenesi you need to download the updates for windows live, which i am doing now, cause i have the same problem
@bobthemegahobo you can add the expansions, a gentleman added a convient pack of all the DLCs, and you can find it here, search fallout3 dlc to find it on this site now for the rest of you, game downloaded and installed correctly, game runs smooth, after i tweeked a few settings on my computer... this torrent is good, and thanks much RELOADED for the upload! |

This worked fine -- until I ran the 1.7 update over it -- then wouldn‘t boot and I got the dreaded where‘s xlive.dll etc etc etc. The "standard" game runs fine for me and I‘ve not had a crash yet up to Level 5!! Apologies for no childish foul language with this comment. |
