| Mount Final Fantasy VIII.cue or .bin first to install. then to play after you install the game with the Disc 1 - Disc 4 they will ask you. No problem it works fine, tnx uploader. |

| so, i did everything exactly how i was told to do......after installing, ran regedit, then-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESquare Soft, IncFINAL FANTASY VIII1.00, modified the valued data drive to E: which was what i used to install it, and while the disk is mounted, tried to start the game, it keeps asking for a disk......iv tried many different ways to get it to work, including converting it to an iso file, and it just wont work........ |

Mount Install disk image - Check Install Game - Check Mount Disk 1 - Check Change Registry value for DataDrive - Check Run FF8.Exe - Check Play game Enjoy - fail What am I missing? |
