Avira found a trojan and I quarantined this version. All that was left in the folder was the serial text file. The "full program" was gone. Likely the culprit. Also, the last one I dowmloaded (I think a trial version) won‘t let me get in now without a user name and password that was supposed to come by email. I can‘t even uninstall it and other programs won‘t install with it in there. Others have said they can‘t even install a new operating system.
I was told that if I install a similar one and put in the provided user ID and registration key, I can install it and then uninstall both. I can‘t wait to get rid of anything folder lock. Very creepy, especially with a highly-rated program! I even remember my password for the safe but it won‘t even come up for me to put the password in! Anyone have any ideas as to how to uninstall the thing? Help! |
