DO NOT INSTALL ANY UPDATES FROM MICROSOFT. The Halo iso file will not longer work correctly if you do. Otherwise, the game works great. I used MagicISO. Any newbs who wanna learn how to run this kind of stuff, feel free to message me at coldatrophy@gmail.com. I was where you are not that long ago myself. |

right this works and there is only one program you need it is win rar or win zip
first you extract the file to a empty folder or the desktop second you run the application exe the file with a computer on it and a logo install this and when it askes for the cd key go into the patch folder and click on the word file or note pad file this has the cd key install the game when you install it go back into the patch folder again but this time extract the rar file to the patch folder (the one you are in) take the application (not the other file) then you copy the app and go to you local disc then go to program files then microsoft games then halo copy the file here it will say do you want to replace this file click the one that says copy and replace file yahoo you just installed halo click the halo shortcut the one with a picture of master chief enjoy playing the game if you get bored and want to play multiplayer this is what you do go into the multiplayer option let it search for updates and install the updates if nessary once you have done that assuming you kept the patch file extract the rar file to the patch folder (the one you are in) take the application (not the other file) then you copy the app and go to you local disc then go to program files then microsoft games then halo copy the file here it will say do you want to replace this file click the one that says copy and replace file now you have multiplayer (KEEP ALL FILES IN CASE OF A PROBLEM) ENJOY PLAYING HALO!!!!!!!! THIS GAME WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Great, burnt to disc installed all worked great. Once updated you need to browse cd and go into crack folder copy and paste the halo.exe file to the program file C:/program files/microsoftgames/halo replacing the existing. Honest comments from boznian. keep up the good work people. |

Works like a charm! Indeed, just insert an imaginary cd-key, place the crack, play (make profile etc) and try multiplayer, it will say to update, DO THIS. Halo will close and update, possibly saying that key is invalid then, just exit. Place crack again (yes, overwrite) and start up again. Now go to multiplayer, won‘t ask for update anymore and you can join the servers

So i downloaded this in 2 hours and believe me, thats Very Fast. Files are Flawless, If you are bout to download this game please do, just make sure your computer can run it cause once i downloaded Doom 3 (Extract and play) Files were Great but my computer just didn‘t run the game properly. 100 Thanks for the uploader, I am seeding as much as i can :) GREAT TORRENT! |

why is everyone so obsessed with MagicISO?~!! I friggin HATE that program. anyone interested in an alternative. WinRAR is FREE and doesn‘t have a dumb restriction to 600mbs, if you‘re just looking to extract the files... and nero or, ANY cd writing software will burn an ISO to a CD... it worked just fine, even the multiplayer. only problem is that the online only took me to these 9 servers. i wasn‘t able to play with anyone else i knew nor could they see the servers i was in. maybe it that‘s fixable.. who knows, i didn‘t try. |

guys I just downloaded and installed it like the notebook says and i keep having a problem.... when i launch the game it gets another window open saying "Gathering exceptional data..." and after this window is closed the game is closed and an error window appears.. has this happened to anoyone else? if yes how can this be fixed? |

Game works well. Just use a program such as MagicISO to extract the files to a new folder you created, then click on the setup file, enter the product key / serial T39RX-JH7Y2-XWTJD-VJX8X-G7MD8 found in the "Patch" file. Once setup completes, copy "cracked" Halo logo which has a picture of a Halo soldier‘s head to the Halo game folder you installed (this is the desktop logo you click on whenever you want to start the game as it is an application file), for example in: C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesHalo. it will then ask if you want to replace the old with the new file, click yes. Then play. |

so it installed perfectly fine and everything but when i try to run it it says fatal error, a problem occured initializing Direct3d. Hardware acceleration may be disabled, please run dxdiag, but when i run dxdiag its cant complete because it says there has been a problem accessing DirectInput and then asks me if i want to bypass it.
