i cannot get it to work , perhaps it is missing some parts from the orininal download. I think it needs an md5 sum to check for integrity

After a full 9 trial and error installs; I got it to boot up with no problems, only there was /no/ ethernet support for my ethernet card, I didn‘t think it was much of a problem just an annoyance; until I tried to install my wireless card, that works flawlessly with Vista, XP, Most linux Distros without any special drivers, only to find out this copy of MacOSX doesn‘t work with it. Besides those and a few other problems, resolution capped at 1024x768 on a widescreen.

You all really need to head over to insanelymac.
It requires massive amounts of tweaking to get it to work in vmware, not worth it really, you have to install natively. 15gb probably won‘t cut the mustard, you need a big and fast drive to yield any decent performance. You can dual boot, again, go to insanelymac. Yes, your wireless card will work flawlessly with microsoft and linux, however, you must remember that apple only uses certain hardware in their machines. meanwhile there is many a variation in pc hardware. Normally there is still a way to install the hardware. Your resolution isn‘t capped, it‘s more likely that you haven‘t installed the correct video drivers, check this, go to system information, check graphics card, does it have your card listed, does it have core image and quartz extreme enabled, if not, it ain‘t working. All I can say is check with insanelymac! |

The software installed successfully but will not go beyond the first screen after rebooting. That is it freezes on the screen showing an apple icon as well as the spinning cursor.
Has anyone experienced this problem and if so how did you resolved it if you did? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks. |

Torrent is good, DVD boots up, installer went thru ok, but could not find correct set of options for my Intel D865GBF mobo, used the iAtkos_5i 10.5.5 and all is good now |

there‘s only two little files at the size of 63kb in the iso image despite seeming to be 3.65 GB... why is this iso empty? should I burn it? how u guys made it run? and does anybody knows how to add a driver inside it? |

it boots but corrupts everything... just pomting "can‘t find UIM", whatever it is... and it also blocks the BIOS and prevents my IDE HDD running... I had to reset the BIOS after each run of this dvd... I think there‘s some problem with it |

I try to install this one few times some times it‘s stops half way and twice it went well the first time it didn‘t boot at the second time it did. But... after 10 - 15 min. it freeze My Computer Configuration is .... this is a good copy i had some troubles installing it bt worked out quite easily...but for an easy installation try ideneb v1.4 10.5.6 n den get a combo update to the latest 10.5.7.........ideneb works like a charm with no problems in most of the cases...
well for applications for mac just try this www.osxguru.blogspot.com its the best. |
