very good quality. not sure i believe its really an hd-dvd rip because i dont think one exists yet. but nevertheless, its easily the best quality rip out there. |

It‘s HDTV, not HD DVD rip. It‘s good but I think classic DVD9 is better. Lets wait for HDDVD or BluRay release. |

Some facts about this torrent:
* It is an HDTV rip, likely from a satellite signal (hence the couple of block-like artifacts and frame-skipping that occur during the movie). * The sound is AC3 5.1. * This is the extended edition, roughly 4 hours not counting the credits. * There are a few problems with the picture, mainly frame skipping and blocking, which are caused by issues with the satellite reception. These problems occur only a few times during the movie and are not distracting unless you suffer from OCD. * Resolution is 1920 X 800. * Everything else is excellent, this is the best HD version that we are going to get until the Blu-Ray hits the shelves. great movie great qaulity on cpu but then i brought 3 dvd9 blank discs and burned the movie and tryed to watch it on non hd tube tv w/ upconvert dvd player and the dvd player said the res was to high for screen HENCE IF YOUR NOT HD YET DONT EVEN TRY PUTTING THIS THING ON DVD OR YOU WILL END UP WITH A 6.1 CHANNEL SURROND SOUND AUDIO BOOK
