works a treat and to everyone who hasnt got it working u have to copy the crack into the need for speed istallation directory eg right click the crack,copy,click start,local disk,programme files and finally right click the need for speed folder and click paste it will ask u if u want to replace the existing blah blah just click yes and then u have a perfect working copy |

Ok guys, I have both vista and xp installed on my laptop. The game when i tried to install it under vista gave me an error about the direct x meanwhile i had the latest direct x installed on my comp. I couldn‘t do anything about that, so i tried to install the game under xp, and the install was successful. After i cracked the game with the provided crack, but it didn‘t worked. Obviously it is not good for the game. I was searched google for need for speed most wanted cracks and after a little time i found a working one. So the game is perfect only the crack is not good for it, and you have to install the game under xp because with vista it wont work. (at least for me it didn‘t) Still, thank you uploader!!! |

I was having a hard time getting this to run, I don‘t know if it‘s cause I‘ve got Vista 64 bit or cause of the duo core processor, but either way I was having the same troubles that a lot of you listed... with the error message that popped up after installing the crack and trying to run the game. the game works fine on windows vista...all you have to do is to first update your game to v1.3 using the nfs official patch...just type into google you will get the links then download the no-dvd fix from the link posted by "HeavySleeper"...download the no-dvd fix not the no-cd fix...replace the speed.exe file and you‘ve got it

like the comments say, update to v1.3, and download a diff crack to replace the speede.exe file. make sure to install the game first then replace the speede.exe file after u reboot. should work perfectly then. by the way im runnin vista |

First of all THE CRACK IN THIS TORRENT DOESNT WORK that means u have to go find it somewhere else with a little patience not really difficult google it moving on the easiest and fastest way is to go get deamon tools and mount the image then it will run as if you had just put a disk in the drive(this is because as far as the computer knows you have) Then run it and for 95% of games 95% of the time this will work (but u always get the developer that makes this harder) In above case find a crack download it (a lot of them will have instructions) The basic idea is to go into the registry and replace the factory protocals with all the work someone else has done for you to make this work its just past the file in and when it says do u want to replace this click yes and tada your game works And for all of you that are getting direct x problems most of the time it means the machine your working on is junk throw it away and go get a real computer Ok im glad i could hold your hand through this THE COMPUTER GENUS |

Download Mount image with alcohol, magic iso or similar Start to install game, it will ask for reg code Navigate to virtual drive where iso is Open "Crack" folder Run keygen Press generate a couple times, reg key is automatically copied to game install window Let it finish, uncheck run now box Copy Speed.exe from crack folder where keygen was Paste in Need for speed most wanted game folder overwriting original Done :) If you get the Nfsmw has to shutdown window, go to the Speed.exe file, right click, properties, compatibility, tick the compatibility box and choose Windows 2000, this will make it work, if it stops working again simply change it back. Have fun :) |

So, I‘m kind of new to all of this and have had some major issues with this game. I have gone through countless numbers of patches and cracks and none of it works. Every time I try to run the speed.exe file screen goes black like it is loading, and then it comes back to my desktop and says that speed.exe stopped working and searches for solutions and all of that jargan. For everyone that has been having trouble with getting this to work with vista I have great news. I found a crack that works for vista. I‘m running Vista Ultimate 64 bit and this crack got the game to work for me. I downloaded, took awhile round about 8 hours or so..... had problem with not reading the CD as in i needed the CD in the drive..... I solved this problem by downloading DAEMON virtual DvD and downloaded a different crack withupdated version of v3.1.. This is the only way i could get it going tried all the above. Currently using vista..... but def wel worth the hassel :D |

After you mount it open the Drive which contains the installation items. Right-Click AutoRun.exe and go to compatibility tab and check run this program in compatibility and then select Windows 2000 and Apply and Ok...Now Click AutoRun.exe and it should work!!! |
