just shorten the name of the 7z and extract. otherwise some files wont extract. just follow the readme from there. game works just fine. |

In order to run this game, this is all you must do.
- Extract the .RAR file to your desktop. - Once extracted, open the ‘Painkiller Overdose‘ folder. - Double click the setup.exe [it will take UP-TO 30 mins for the setup to complete, be patient lol] - Double click the ‘Overdose.exe‘ located INSIDE the ‘Painkiller Overdose‘ folder, (this folder will now have an eye as its image instead of the default folder image). Enjoy |
