Just FYI...I downloaded and watched. This file contained two copies of the same movie. Neither one was different than the other. Both had the same exact ending. Quick update on my comment above. I apparantly dragged another copy of the film that I had downloaded into the same folder that this one was in by mistake. That would explain why there were two files of the same film in this folder for me. Sorry...but still...no theatrical ending on either film. My bad...my mistake. Thanks |

less is more with the ending so i have to say after watching this, i liked the ending shown in theaters way more. this ending seemed too staged because of bad acting...the theater version was short and sweet and got to the point. thank god i didn‘t see this version first, i would have been pissed.

hmmm After reading comments about alternate endings it makes me think it is fake because a (real true story) would only have one ending!
Still though it was scary, and it takes about halfway through the flick before it got really good. But the quality is good and I liked the movie. So now I‘ll try to find the other versions knowing it isn‘t real but that it is a real good movie! The quality of the movie is 10/10. The substance of the movie? What a let down! It was hyped as being the scariest movie in ages. Drag Me To Hell was MUCH scarier, simply for the scene with the fly crawling into the girl‘s mouth while she slept, not to mention the poor oral hygiene of the gypsy.
This movie is good for one thing only...bringing up references to it to the person you watched it with. For example, the next time my daughter is in her room, I‘m going to bank on the wall 4 times, and then hide, and when she asks me what I wanted, I‘m going to tell her, "what, you didn‘t crap your pants from how scary that was?" |

Technical Evaluation: A/10 V/10
The file appears to be a "screener", very good quality. Kudoos to the uploader. :) The credits are incomplete at the end but does not detract from the movie. The movie: klowe48 described the show accurately as did several of the other critics here. It‘s a disappointment. My only contribution would be that it smacks of episodes of "Ghost Hunters" and brings forth recollections of "The Blair Witch Project" with the amateurish, "hand-held" filming technique. As previously stated, the majority of the reviews described the entertainment value of this film quite accurately. Don‘t waste your band-with downloading it. |

To clear up the comments about the endings, this movie was made a few years ago, but it werent originally going to get a cinema release. Dreamworks got a hold of the movie and were going to do a "remake" but the makers of the movie got them to do a test screening of it, and the results were goooood, but Spielberg did change the ending which the original makers did say was better than theres. This version of the movie is the ORIGINAL, without any Dreamworks input, hence a different ending and a few untweaked scenes. |

After watching this I am not sure that this is the real deal. The format is not standard AVI and even though the movie can be played by windows media player with a relative good picture, the movie looks like its made by a complete amateur and is the worst movie I have been watching this year. |

SMEFS download VLC media player off of cnet.com and it will play pretty much any movie the reason you get sound and no video is because you dont have the codecs for the vidoe. VLC has pretty much everything. good luck. |
