DOWNLOADED THIS CD BACK IN MAY (NOT SURE WHETHER THIS WAS THE ACTUAL TORRENT) HOWEVER 2 DAYS AGO I RECEIVED A LETTER CLAIMING £500 IN DAMAGES FOR ILLEGAL UP/DOWN LOADING BREACH OF COPYRIGHT FROM A UK BASED LAW FIRM (D/LYONS) WHICH ARE BEING USED BY GERMAN COMPANY "DIGIPROTECT" IF I DONT PAY UP WITHIN 21 DAYS I WILL BE TAKEN TO COURT . THIS IS NOT A WIND UP PLEASE BE WARNED AND TAKE CARE!!! |

i have, waiting to see. i dont upload why dont they go for the big guns! if they madethem cheapenough people wouldn‘t download and the ones who upload actually make money from this. i just downloadedfile took it off pc within 2 days and didnt put it on disk - expensive download! |

Let us know how you get on . Same here I only download and seed for short time . I wouldn‘t be surprised if they uploaded the torrent themselves in order to screw people for thousands . Dont get me wrong we all know the risks but this is outrageous . you get less of a penalty for stealing the actual cd from a shop ! |

hi guys fedupbriggs here.just to let you know i ended up paying in full as there was only 1 week left before payment had to be paid in full and still hadnt heard from them. when i rang they hadnt even replied yet.If you definitly ddnt download i would fight it this firm is already been on watchdog on tv. they are fining people who havent even downloaded! |

Ditto,with the £500 fine bollocks from D/Lyons,i had to pay these knobheads also went to see my own solicitor but he advised me to pay else they would come after me.

Have had a second letter demanding cash, Will wait and see if they do take me to court. This is scare tactics they send out thousands of these letters and hope for a few people to panic and pay. Will only pay if damages awarded by a court. I had brought the disc by the time they contacted me. |
