BTW - it is completely impossible for any ‘tracker‘ to watch your download. They would a) have to subpoena your ISP, and b) get through their firewall. Not to mention it would violate several big privacy laws...especially in Canada.

It is possible that mediasentry is monitoring torrent activity(!) BUT that doesnt really prove anything since encryption guarantees privacy... Besides, ISPs(in Europe) dont hand out information on their clients just like that. All they know is that you‘re connected to a certain tracker and thats all, thats where it stops. It‘s really easy to scare people with angry letters, but as much as I‘m concerned, they can go and shove that letter up their arses, cause until I see a huge SWAT team outside my door I ain‘t stoppin‘ =)
