had a hard time geting this to work on my pc. problem is not the files. download works great! if you have a game crash after the begining logo. heres the easy way to fix it. run game in 800x600 at 16 bit color. then search for sudtest.ini, open it with notepad. go to video mode and change it from 3 to 2. also you can change fullscreen or not. save and play. if your lucky you wont need to bother with this. also this download is game version 2.0
hope this helps anyone who has problems running this game. |

I had the same problem but i find another solution.It is much more simple this way.
1)Aplay the SUE_II_PATCH_20to22 patch from ftp://ftp.fireglowgames.com/patches/ss2/SUE_II_PATCH_20to22.exe 2)Copy NOCD game_exe.exe to gamecoderelease 3)Search for sudtest.ini, open it with notepad.ProcessName=Sudden Strike version 2.0 change it with 2.2 |
