Kind of annoying that no one has commented on this yet.
This is not a real Tae Bo DVD, though it‘s still nice. Someone put together a DVD from other videos that are available on this site. Most of the videos are good quality (and so are the original files), but a couple are crummy quality. This is nice for people who don‘t have a DVD player that plays AVIs. Overall though, I would have to say that it wasn‘t worth the long wait--I had most of these videos anyway. |

I downloaded this from another site which is no longer available and will say the quality is great. There are some horizontal lines that go through every now and then but it is very watchable. I will give it a 9.5/10 because of the lines. The audio is 10/10. I had a hard time converting the .mdf files but fortunately I was able to get it to dvd. |
