Who gives a fuck who ripped the movie, if the quality is top notch then it doesnt matter if my granny fucking ripped it, do any of you know how easy it is to make an almost perfect rip of a movie. With a half decent ripping tool you can produce an almost DVD quality copy and yes thats picture and audio. Its not the person who rips the movie its the ripping software you morons. Oh and just for the record Axxo is a team of people dedicated to putting up good movie rips and along with everyone else I appreciate it. I do not however make posts on every rip they do worshiping the god of Axxo as if it were one person who wrote, directed, starred in, Edited, designed all the set wardrobe and makeup and then ripped the movie. They are probably laughing their ripping tool configuring heads off at all of you on a daily basis. In actual fact there is no excuse for a less than perfect rip these days with all the software available I have a case full of my own backed up on DVD+R all perfect picture and audio, most of you people would burn someone at the stake if they showed you a digital watch you technophobe losers, why dont you all go and get some decent ripping software and find out how easy it really is. Unfortunately Axxo would lose their god like status and have less to laugh at but it would show you that you are wowing at achievements equal only to tying ones own shoelaces. Go and have a look at stem cell research slightly more involved there than hitting the rip button. You fucking lamers |

Fab12007 your correct when you say its very easy to rip films if indeed you have the appropriate software etc. but at the end of the day not everyone has a means of getting the dvds to rip do they mate... you need to have 1) knowledge of what your doing.. secondly a source to get the films. i agree with what you said Fab12007. but im a little more diplomated than you are and a lot less rude. dont slate people off. not everyone is as clued up when it comes to ripping films etc. so those who get the chance to dl axxo torrents appreciate them a lot more than what people like you do mate. end of the day if people want to post messages thanking etc let them do it mate. sarcastic comments like yours only make yourself look a prick and no1 else.. |

Instead of bickering, how about contributing.
As a suggestion could everyone move onto H.264 which is by far the best codec now available. It is open, at least 40% better compression, has less glitches than the others, supports multiple audio channels, AAC and all the good stuff. I still RIP to 700 Mb because I like the quality and it fits 1 onto a CD or 6 onto a DVD. I even convert the DivX, XviD and AVI movies because it seems to do an excellent job of correcting the audio, tone and playability whilst reducing their size. It is the future format, supported by Bluray, Apple, iTunes and all the progressive standards. Sony is bringing out drives that will record and play them, everyone will eventually follow. I use Handbrake and ffmeg with mencoder etc, but you can chose what works best for you. There is no mystery to getting quality. Use at least 128kb AAC for sound, set the size to fit 700 Mbs, frame rate at 25, make sure the horizontal vertical measures are multiples of 16 and set to 2 pass encoding. On my 1 year old iMac it takes about 90 mins per DVD depending on length ie about the same as the length of the movie itself. On a more powerful machine I am sure that would be cut significantly. If you work co-operatively it doesn‘t take long to build up a good library. |

I must say Matt Damon does a great job in all of the Jason borne movies. Oh yeah to the ppl who do not wanna download torrents that have dennisstalker as a tracker all u have to do if u are running Utorrent is when u click the download button and when Utorrent opens for u to download ur torrent in the box that appears with a summery of what files u are downloading in the button left corner click the advanced button and another box will appear. at the top of the box u will see trackers highlighted in blue. click in the box and scroll down and highlighted the tracked that u do not want and hit the backspace key. once u have removed the trackers that u do not want click the OK button and then u are done. now u can download ur torrent without the trackers u dont like. thats all and ur done. have fun and download safely |
