true about these patches, i had the same problem. luckily installing newer patch 1.3 can fix it. |

4 times more leechers than seeders. May or may not be a good copy I didn‘t get to finish downloading. Was going to take weeks. |

O...M...G what a pain in the ass. Got it downloaded and installed and installed the patch and switched out the cracked app file and it would freeze while on the initial loading screen. I‘ve had this torrent before and it worked fine without the patch so I reinstalled but when I uninstalled I forgot to pull the crack app file so it got nixed and now I‘m waiting on the 86seed/280leech ratio to download a freaking 17mb file. I‘ve got an infinity symbol as my download time. Bleedin Christ. Oh no instructions come with it either so for those of you who may be new to this you need a program like Daemon Tools or MagicIso to open the .mdf file located in the The Guild 2 immagine folder. Then it brings up the autorun as if you actually had the CD and you just follow the instructions. When you‘re done go into the crack file and take the GuildII file there and use it to replace the GuildII file in the folder that you installed your game to (default folder should be c:/program files/The Guild 2). |

Okay got it working. Only problem I see with gameplay so far is the icons in the interface don‘t display properly and to someone who hasn‘t played the game before this could be frustrating. I‘m downloading the official patch now to see if it works. The only patches included with the torrent are the UK and Italian patches and they won‘t work on the American version of the game. |

I take it back. This might be a working copy but it‘s down right shitty quality. The entire interface is screwed up including the images and the value displays. And that‘s just the tip of the iceberg. I didn‘t even get a chance to play very far into the game to find the rest of the bugs. Not to mention none of the patches available will even install. |
