At 1st after I DL‘d it and unzipped/mounted on daemon, nothing happened. Updated Daemon and still nothing happened. Went into the disk and hit the start up exe. And still nothing happened.....was about to say this didn‘t work when the install screen came up...fyi might wanna wait a bit before u disregard this torrent....I‘m installing right now and I will come back to comment on how well it works later on. |

It works fine you just have to move the crack .exe over, but I don‘t know if its the crack or what but the load times in this game are ridiculous. About 30 seconds every time you do anything, my pc is pretty damn fast too. |

well it‘s a port from console game and if the optimization isn‘t good (as almost always happens) it‘s natural to run very slow and have big loading times.. i haven‘t tried it yet though, i‘m still downloading... |

Actually I found out what the problem was... well at least the solution.
1. Start the game 2. Minimize and go to task manager. 3. Find TLR as a running task right click and click on set affinity. 4. Set it to use 1 core either core 0 or core 1. That got my load times to around 1-4 seconds as opposed to 25-30. |

it took me 4 days to dl this. iv been trying to get it working all weekend and i dont know what to do. i extracted. and ran the setup and it installs a bunch of files in "C:/program files/ square enix/ the last remnant, but i dont see any game .exe file. please some instructions would be helpful anyone? |

Alright guys and gals its pretty simple.
1. download/Use Magicdisc and mount iso 2. go to start-mycomputer-and the drive for your magicdisk it should show that the image file is in your virtual drive. Click on it!! click on the exe. file it will auto extract! open the program files in your C: drive go to square enix file go to binaries file scroll down copy paste crack! |

so for those who cant install it... mount dvd1, install vcredist_x86.exe and directx, than copy that exe and r01 - r03 somewhere on your harddisc, mount disc2 and copy r04 and r05 to the same directory. run exe and install. copy crack to the last remnantbinaries.

It installs well, and it plays, but I have an issue: none of the settings (video and audio) remain after I set them. I have tried different things, only changing this or that, in various orders, etc, but no matter, if I restart the game (as it prompts me to do after I change a setting), everything reverts back to default. What gives? |
