Don‘t know what the big deal is here - these releases have been around for years...probably better versions, too.
IF YOU‘RE INTERESTED IN SOME HIGHER RESOLUTION RIPS, CHECK OUT THE "NhaNc3" versions... they were ripped from BluRay, and released as "nHD", which is a good compromise - about half the size of normal 720p x264 rips, and they‘ll still render in 720p. You gotta be able to play ".mkv" (Matroska). They can be down-converted to 480p and converted to a regular DVD using ConvertXtoDVD, if that‘s what you need. The 1999 rip is DivX 3 Low-Motion, not xvid. It also has black lines on top and bottom. Quality is good.
