like ouie said get daemon tools lite 1.4 and follow instructions.Then when its installed and comp reset,open up daemon tools in bottom right coroner,and right click it and mount the file flt-tskb.bin [467MB]~~the game file,and it will act as if the game is in the drive,and install from there BKUBBA,but make sure you have a serial or get a keygen from here or wichever,and enjoy the exspansion!!Hope that helps the newbies :) |

Look for this file(flt-tskb).I use Daemon Tools Pro. Mount it. The serials are located in the readme file. And you do not need to crack it. Im playing Apartment Life now. Just play like usual. Enjoy! :D |

i can‘t get it to work. Once it starts installing, it says theres a problem. I saw there‘s a rar file so i unrared it and tried to mount it again. Same thing keeps happening. |

kind of new at this. havent delt with .bin files yet. i have daemon tools pro but i dont know what you mean when you say "MOUNT" the file. would some one please explain how. |

not sure if work yet. We they say mount means deamontools, poweriso, or i use magiciso. Creates a virtual drive and makes program think you have a cd. And you mount the file to a virtual drive. |

mounting can be explained on daemon tools or magic iso‘s website
the crack is found by exploring the image that you mounted. always. serials are always either in the notepad file located in the torrent folder (probably going to be an NFO file) or there is a keygen, found in the same place as the crack. if you need the original disc, find a torrent of the sims 2 (the basegame) and mount that disc. it asks you for this sometimes when patching/updating at the end of the installation. if you don‘t have the sims 2 installed, this wouldn‘t have worked anyway, legally or otherwise. in the world of games, first you obtain and install the basegame (the sims 2) and then any expansion packs you want (the sims 2 pets; the sims 2 kitchen and bath, etc). the XP_silver skin issue seems to solve itself if you use daemon instead of magic ISO. |
