Thank you fletchertheobese. I did everything you said and the installation went perfect except when I tried to play the game it said it needed internet connection but I realized I forgot to replace the crack exe over the original exe and so I did but this time I did not get the internet connection request but just nothing happend ! For a brief second a black box appeared and then nothing. I tried the installation 2 times again and everything went perfect until the moment I got the intro screen and pressed play, nothing happens !

also, pretty sure this is some sort of beta version, graphics are so jacked up, and the game is jacking with my display driver. hoping its beta atleast, these graphics (mostly around the edges) are worse than original sims haha. and i couldnt get my copy onto a flash drive big enough so i havent tried mac osx, either way ill still support EA and buy the dvd with both windows/mac capabilities. |

It lookes like the complete version to me. Everything that I‘ve been reading and seeing about the game and much more is in this download. I discovered some bugs but that doesn‘t mean it‘s not the final version of the game. Ea announced that the download version is not the finished game but I think there just lying. |

The game works fine, it is the real deal, but after about 6-8 hours of play I realized that this cannot be the full version as there are many many components of gameplay that are missing. I think it may be a beta version or a version given to the press to check out and review. Still worth it to download if you love sims, but I would delete it and re-download the retail version when it comes out. |

Works fine. But I wonder if I‘ll be able to register the game so I can download the second town when the game is actually released. I hear the second town is the shit, and also I will have to go buy the game if I cant donwload custom content like other sims and items or even the 2nd neighborhood. A leaked version that only has one outdated prototype neighborhood is lame. I‘d rather buy full version if I can get riverview since its the neighborhood the designers put everything good in. Since NO ONE can seem to put down simple instructions for this install, here they are:
1. once the download is finished, extract just ONE of the rar files using WinRAR or any other extractor. The file you extract will be you ISO or disk image. 2.Using a virtual drive program, I used "Virtual CloneDrive", mount the disk image and run the install wizard. 3. When asked for the key code, use one of the many that have been posted in the previous comments. This will install the game to your computer, but you‘re not done yet. 4. This is the most important step, so follow carefully. After the disk image is mounted, go to your Computer, right click the Sims 3 disk icon and select Explore. Once the file contents are shown, open up the folder "Crack". Copy the TS3 file. 5. Now head to your "Program Files" folder and find and open The Sims 3 folder under the Electronic Arts file. once there, open up the "game" file, then the "bin" file, then paste the previously copied TS3. overwrite when it asks. now launch the Sims 3 from the regular shortcut. Now youre set! YOU WILL NOT NEED A KEY TO INPUT WHEN LAUNCHED. it should start right up. Enjoy! |

There are some bugs which make me think this isn‘t the final sims 3 version. For one thing families you make will move away into a diffrent towns and you will completly lose them for good and never see them again. They just move while you play a diffrent family and you‘ll get a message saying there gone. Another thing is that you can buy deeds to different buildings like diners or hospitals, after paying a ton of money you get the deed and you can pass it on to family members, and you get money collected every week for owning the deed. But if you switch to a new family you sometimes complety loose things in your inventory but you could have spent everything you had buying three buildings, but with one switch out you can loose everything. I just find it hard to believe maxis would let these problems get so far into a final version. I mean like I make a family have kids, i age them up and move one of them into another home, then I go back and their gone from the game... moved away. This happened 4 times so far. |

Ok sry last time I comment. I am very sure that this isn‘t the final version, You can‘t kill people in fires...But fire death scene is real which means its not in this version. Its also buggy as hell, everyone seems to be talking about how its buggy and not final. Ea says its a buggy prefinal version. So the deal is, 1, keep this version and hope that ea releases a patch for this "final version" which should be on release day. 2, buy actual real game and get legitimate online access. |

Is it just me or do the graphics look terrible compared to Sims 2? It seems dull and very rough around the edges. Also i can‘t seem to speed up time, i press for the game to go faster but it does nothing. Ill delete and reinstal to see if that makes any difference, but so far im not too impressed. I like the whole style of it, the work and friends visiting neighbours etc but the graphics really let it down for me. I was gonna buy it but im not too sure now |

Mac OS X installation 1. Extract the contents of the multi-file RAR archive by opening the file rld-sim3.rar with an archive management application such as StuffIt Expander. D/L worked perfectly, entered in the crack worked great. However when I get to install part it freezes up after about 20 seconds and then a window pops up saying something along the lines of ‘Sunsent Valley.object cache‘ does not work, it gives me the option to retry (which just repeats the problem) or to cancel installation.
Is there something I have done wrong, can anyone help me with this please? |

For those of you just joining us, this scene repeats itself every time a new game comes out, especially when it‘s super-casual and appeals to "non-gamers".
But some of these comments deserve to be blown up to poster size and hung up in EA corporate HQ. I imagine that when the EA lawyers sit down and read this (and they probably already have) they will get a sense of savage irony from the fact that most of the people downloading this have absolutely no idea how to install this even after having it carefully spelled out for them. Or what to do when they get a message that says "YOUR VIDEO CARD WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS". Or how to turn the freaking computer off and pay attention to their kid. Pricesless, ty for the lulz, and "welcome" to p2p. |

I know how to do it when there is an image file in there but in this shere is no of thoes. and i downloadet winrar, and now its looking very wierd in there.. there is 31 files called "RLD-SIM3" and nothing more with the vinrar mark on, and there is 24 files wich is "rld-sim3.r30 to r51".. and a file called "rld-sim3" its a SFV file.. but can anyone help me? :O please |

After you download the crap of files here... you need Winrar and DaemonTools/Power Iso (any mounting app) When you have all of this just click on any of the rar files and extract. (It doesn‘t matter which one, they will all do the same thing) Once extracted open the folder and mount that image. Go back to My Computer and click the image if it didn‘t autorun when you mounted it. This will start the installation. Use any of the keys you see here on this forum and then the game will install. |

I did all the extracting, mounting, etc. I actually downloaded it on my laptop which has a better connection to our wireless router, burned it to a DVD and copied the files to my desktop. When I try to install it, I get this whole plethora of error messages basically stating that such and such file doesn‘t match the "Setup‘s .cab file", did I do something wrong here and is there anyway to fix this? |

I have unzipped the o1. file like suggested. It appears as 1000 almost files in my winzip application. I am using the unregistered version because the key supplied from the crack folder doesn‘t apply. I cannot copy from one crack folder to the original bin folder so i am really stuck. I have done many cracks but it doesn‘t even let me copy the file to begin with. The version that this person released is a leak version of Sims 3 unfinished with tons of errors and issues that have not been finished during the creation of this game I suggest you wait till someone actually buy the game and sends it to btjunkie for us to DL. The only problem I have seen and it‘s not really an issue just a time consumer is that when you try to speed up the time it doesn‘t move any faster when you go to ultra x4 then to the normal. Takes like forever to waste a night :P. If anyone has a comment on this please tell me. |

the serials generated by a keygen are used to install the game. none of them will work for registering the game because this is an illegal, pirated copy. the only way to register the game and dl the extra town, etc, is to buy it. |

how to install/all u have to do is extract the first file after that mount it with what ever u like/then double click on that file it will extract again run the game launcher or not,but u have to open up the crack and copy and paste or drag it to the gamebin folder if u dont do this right u cant play the game |

Installed the game, copied the crack file to where its meant to go, But everything I load the game past the part where you select the town it closes down and when i restart it the same thing happens. Since NO ONE can seem to put down simple instructions for this install, here they are: 1. once the download is finished, extract just ONE of the rar files using WinRAR or any other extractor. The file you extract will be you ISO or disk image. 2.Using a virtual drive program, I used "Virtual CloneDrive", mount the disk image and run the install wizard. 3. When asked for the key code, use one of the many that have been posted in the previous comments. This will install the game to your computer, but youre not done yet. 4. This is the most important step, so follow carefully. After the disk image is mounted, go to your Computer, right click the Sims 3 disk icon and select Explore. Once the file contents are shown, open up the folder "Crack". Copy the TS3 file. 5. Now head to your "Program Files" folder and find and open The Sims 3 folder under the Electronic Arts file. once there, open up the "game" file, then the "bin" file, then paste the previously copied TS3. overwrite when it asks. now launch the Sims 3 from the regular shortcut. Now youre set! YOU WILL NOT NEED A KEY TO INPUT WHEN LAUNCHED. it should start right up. Enjoy! ***All credit should go to askool*** |

the crack folder is there look for it and click it and copy the TS3. for the people that says its taking 24 days and what not. just the the download sit and connect. mine started out taking 24 weeks. but the download finised in about 8 hours. and im using my neighbors wifi. |

if you havent figured it out by now. you just overwrite the exsisting TS3 file thats there. shouldnt be saying there isnt enough room. but if youre getting that, just try deleting the TS3 file thats there and paste the crack TS3. make sure you delete the write file though. ha goodluck. |

This game does work fine and it is simple 2 install if you follow the instructions above but this game is a NON-FINAL UNAUTHROIZED game so you will have to register to EA to get the full game you will then get the new town called RIVERVIEW, even with this its still worth downloading its alot of fun to play. |

this is definitely NOT the real version, it‘s a beta. the real version has better graphics, many more objects, another neighborhood, and the game play is much better. this version has a glitch that makes the 2,3,4, speed modes run much slower than they should. i downloaded just to see, but am unsatisfied and am going to buy the real game. |

Well, for free what the fuck are you bitching for? We all know this is not the final, and if you didn‘t then you do now. Fact is, some of us (like me) Download these games first, just to see if the real thing is worth the 60 to 80 or more. So... That being said, if you were starving, would you turn away food because it tastes a bit funny? I don‘t think so lad. |

To mount with Daemon tools lite:
Right click on the Daemon Tools icon on toolbar. Looks like a circle with a lightning bolt. Go to "Virtual CD/DVD-Rom" Then to "Device 0: [G:] Then click on "Mount Image" Find where you have the iso image stored on your computer and click on it. It should show a auto run screen when you do that. Hope that helps. |

okay soo im sorta new to this i have downloaded other games off here but i have never had a poblem until now. i am trying to extract the file in winrar and it keep saying "there is not enough space on the disk" and "Write error: only NTFSfile systems supports files larger than 4GB". could this be because im trying to extract the file to my external hard drive? please help!!!!! |

This is the real deal. Very fast Download. I think it took me about 4 hours at most. Install Was breeze.
1. open downloaded folder. 2. Open any of the rar sims files. 3. xtract the image to a known destination. 4. Mount with daemon tools. 5. explore virtual CD. 6. open setup. 7. Follow on screen Instructions. 8. Replace TH3 from crack folder inside Virtual CD to that of which install folder is located.. 9. Might say double check Cd key or whatever just eneter in GJ99-VX9Z-P4WC-FP4U-GRLD . 10. Enjoy. This should be it. ENJOY!! |

Awesome Torrent. What I did was unzip the first .rar file with WinRar and the mounted the extracted .iso image with Virtual CloneDrive. (free at Slysoft) I did that by associating .iso to CloneDrive during the install. I double clicked on the .iso file and that mounted it yo the virtual drive. You‘ll now see it under "My Computer" From there you can double click to run AutoPlay or, right click and choose "explore" You will then see the keygen labeled "rld-sim3". You will need this during The Sims install. After The Sims install is complete, copy and paste the other file labeled "TS3" into the "The Sims 3/Game/Bin" folder. Choose Copy and Replace and thats it, you‘re done! |

FINALLY UNZIPPED IT! my system is in FAT32 that s why the error came when i unzipped it with winrar (and many others btw). so there was no other choice than to convert my D: (secondary) drive to the NTFS system, if anyone else gets that problem go here http://www.partition-tool.com/resource/convert-file-system-from-fat32-to-ntfs.ht m and after u convert ur system, change the settings of winrar (the place where the temp files r downloaded) to somewhere in ur new ntfs drive. phew! am such a retard! and now to download this thing *whimper* |
