It‘s more likely that you don‘t have the right program installed to properly read the image. Programs include: CloneDVD, PowerISO, DaemonTools, Alcohol52% . Google the extension and the word "file ext" if that still doesn‘t work but it probably will.
Once installed, if there‘s no instructions, places like GameCopyWorld help. Typically you want to: 1) Extract the data (may need to browse from WITHIN a program like Winrar) 2) Mount or Burn if it‘s an Image file (Mounting recommended, sometimes the program needs to be searched for) 3) Look for Patches that MATCH the Crack‘s version number 4) Make sure to leave a COPY of anything you modify to be able to do future updates 5) NoCD or NoDVD‘s are preferable, but sometime you need to have the disc inserted or mount an image These are general rules. Once installed, make sure to write down the steps you took to get it working, preferably on the disc but often you have an Image and keep a Games Directory on your hard drive which details instructions for each game and holds the patches and cracks. Good luck and BUY once you know the game is for you. |

Oh, I also recommend NEVER downloading a game that doesn‘t have some instructions readily available. First, I ONLY download the TXT or NFO and if there‘s a password or the steps aren‘t laid out I go some place else. (NFO can be read with Notepad or by installing DamnNFO) |

I found a stand alone version (uncensored) ENG that works fine [isoHunt]_The_Witcher_[MULTI5][PCDVD][WwW.GamesTorrents.CoM]just mount it with daemon tools, install and play, to easy ( I got sick of all the BS involved in getting this installed right) |

Fake. Tried to open with ISOBuster. Error. Not a valid .mdf/.mds. In trying to recover the data isobuster found a 1.07G mp3 file, two or three bmp files over 1 gig and a 7z file 600 megs or so along with some other junk. Doesn‘t mount using poweriso or magiciso. I like to try my games buy them. I can‘t seem to find a decent working version of this one so I give up. I‘ll look into something else. |

The instructions say unpack. What does that mean? Please explain in, easy to understand instructions. The best instructions say to extract the data. Which files, and where do I extract them to? What is a noDVD or a noCD? What do I do if it isn‘t an image file, the only thing I know how to use? Photon boy, if you could help me out, that would be great. |
