The file format is xvid. So you need to download the xvid codec. I just download Divx, and I think it might play in that, if not just go to the site and get it. Or download codec packs from torrent sites. Also, since this is RARed to make the file smaller, you‘ll have to get WinRAR. You can all get that from a torrent site. Find the extension of the file .r00. In this case, vmt-tbaked-xvid.r00. After you click that, follow the instructions and WinRAR will extract the files all into one video where you told it. I.e.
