Its not the FBI that gets you fools. Itâ€s your Internet Provider and they give you three warnings. Then after that they terminate you. Then if you get another provider and get caught you get fined. Downloading anything over a gig in a day is risky. I would keep it around 500MB a day.If you do over a gig a day it throws up a red flag and they got you. So beware how it works. If you download new movies, they send out decoys witch might be a perfect DVD rip. But it trace back to your mac address on your Internet Provides Box like Time Warner As an example. I would no all this because it happen to me now I canâ€t download shit. So i warn people be careful and download a little a day. Even if the file is 100 gig download 500MB a day or less. doestâ€t matter how long it takes , as long as you donâ€t get caught. |

It‘s not downloading that gets you, fools. It‘s uploading. ISP‘s don‘t give two craps about how much you download. When they see you eating up their bandwidth with huge constant uploads, it‘s a clear sign that you are sharing content. Downloading content is not illegal. Distributing the content is what gets their panties in a twist. |

It is bandwidth used, up and/or down bandwidth to the internet is bought as a two way pipe by the ISP. All an ISP cares about is when a 10Gig pipe is at peak capacity in one direction - up or down. A full pipe means degraded service for all customers of an ISP which equals red boxes on capacity management reports to upper management. With DPI (Deep Packet Inspection), your ISP knows who the heavy users are and what their traffic type is (ie P2P) and for most ISPs these users make up 1 - 2% of their total customer base. What is your ISPs threshold before you are flagged is the real question. As a guide Good Customers use about 2 GB or less in a month. If you are commenting here you are likely already in the upper 15% group |

Also beware of files like this one. HBO contacted my isp and said that they caught me with Generation Kill ep2. My isp sent me a warning email. So be careful with HBO shows, they are watching. I continued to get all 7 episodes, but after the first 5 I started using peer guardian. Havent had any problems since, but still nervous about getting HBO stuff. |

AND does any one know about BitTorrent Anonymously - Encrypted protection of your identity (IP), even from your own ISP! offered at the top of each BtJunkie page like this one. Has anyone tried it, and are you still alive, or is this a scam by the internet police to find us and sneak in to our houses at night and "disappear" us to Gitmo or?????? |

No that‘s the way it should be at the end. It carries on from there in episode two. I don‘t think the writing and the acting were that bad. Few teething problems sure but I think they will be ironed out in due course. Well worth watching, in my opinion. Not for everyone, of course. |

what i dont understand is that the gov‘t is trying to pass a bill to make bittorrent illegal... bittorrent is not illegal in all aspects-- some companies use it to put up some company info so that as people download the .torrent, the download becomes faster and more efficient... so we just need to hope that all this doesn‘t get to the gov‘t end and we lose the ability to watch shows that some people (like myself) do not have access to, but love |

Great series! Hopefully, HBO don‘t sue me, hehe... especially since (1) I can‘t get their channel, (2) I spread the word on all their series to friends who would otherwise not even hear of them, (3) because I buy series of theirs like Deadwood and will no doubt buy this, and (4) because I buy series of theirs like Deadwood even though they have this thing against actually completing any fucking series they make (besides Rome), which of course means I am extremely generous for having given them any money of mine since, call me fucking weird, I reckon if you pay for a series you should get all of it, not 3/4! What they did to Deadwood and Carnivale is a fucking travesty, and shows they have some real brain-dead moronic fucks making their decisions. Look how popular Deadwood became, and think how many more DVDs they would have sold if people hadn‘t gone around telling each other not to waste their money on buying 3 out of 4 seasons. Hope they don‘t do this shit with True Blood, as I will pretty much make myself a new rule and fucking stick with it: Don‘t disappoint yourself by starting to watch another HBO series that is just going stop halfway through the story! |

You guys are noobs, first of Hbo dont send shit, its the isp provider, scond off I have easily downloaded over 10gigs a day, my friend worked for a isp provider that I lived with his job was to send out those letters its ironic they monitor your trackers not your html hey randomly pop in from time to time and see what trackers, usually you get a warner bros. sends out a notice of end term agreement saying if warner bros. or any company you take from and SELL infrindmently you will wacked with a 250,000 dollar fine, also use encryption programs for like other torrent sites, most torrent sites take trackers from other torrent sites, thank you and happy downloading |
