It‘s the real thing (it always is unless it‘s 35mbs big), the only problem is that they never fixed the crashing problem from the first game. If you experience crash issues with the original wic, you‘ll get more in this expansion. So I suggest waiting for a patch later than 1.01 before downloading. |

I was able to play the 1st stage of the Soviet assault only. then it reverts back to the original US campaign. |

Do not download. It is the real thing, however after playing the first soviet assault, it automagically goes back to the US campaign, from the first game. After that, it continues the US storyline, no matter what. |

My mistake. IT DOES NOT REVERT TO US CAMPAIGN. Instead it makes you play alternate sides. One mission from soviet point of view, another from US point of view. IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO THIS.
